Introduction ==========
This is a sitcom that follows the lives of six friends who are in there 20's. This is the second series of Friends. This series sees the pairing up of Ross and Rachel.
The Box Set ==========
Just like the first series, this series has 3 disks and 8 episodes on each. The disks have to be turned over, as there are 4 episodes on each side, there is either a red A or B at the centre of the disk. The letters are quite small and can be difficult to locate, as the disk is silver. The A or B will refer to which episodes you want to watch.
Characters =========
Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston)- lives with Monica and has a job as a waitress in Central Perk where they all hang out.
Monica Geller (Courtney Cox) - she's finals finds a boyfriend but there is an age difference.
Phoebe Buffet (Lisa Kudrow) - her gay ice-dancing husband shows up
Ross Geller (David Schimmer) - had a crush on Rachel since high school, is divorced from a lesbian which her and her partner are looking after Ben, his son.
Joey Tribbiani (Matt le Blanc) - moves out from Chandlers
Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry) - he gets a weird roommate after Joey goes.
Episodes ========
There are 24 episodes in the second series. I will not list them all but will list a few of my favourites from this series.
The one with the breast milk - Ross gets grossed out when Phoebe licks breast milk off her arm. Ross refuses to try it until he finds out that Susan (Ex-wife's partner) has tried it.
The one where Ross finds out - Rachel gets drunk and leaves a message on Ross's voicemail telling him that she is over him. This episode has the best line with Ross saying, "You're over me? When were you under me?"
The one with the prom video - Rachel and Ross finally get it together! I think this episode was voted best of all by Channel 4.
The one with the chicken pox - Phoebe's submarine guy (Charlie Sheen) shows up and she has the chicken pox and he catches it. The romantic dinner for 2 with oven gloves is so funny.
Extras ======
The extras on these DVD's are no different to the ones in the first series.
Scene Access Subtitles The Renbrandts music video "I'll be there for you" featuring the Friends cast. The song has been the opening to each episode for the whole ten years this show ran. It is also web enabled for those who want to use in their PC but I have never tried this feature.
Overview =========
Even if you have never seen the first series, Phoebe does give a recap at the beginning of this season just to bring you up to date.
I really enjoyed this series as the "friends" seem to get it together, Joey finally gets a decent acting job, Monica gets a boyfriend, Ross and Rachel get together and Chandler learns that he'll die alone.
If you have seen the first series, there is also the return of the monkey who got kidnapped from the zoo and is now in show business. This series also brings in a lot of famous actors like Jean Claude Van Damme, Julia Roberts, Charlie Sheen and Tom Selleck.
I really like this series and even though I can still watch them on Channel 4 and E4 I am glad I've got this series on DVD just in case they are ever taken off.
Thanks for reading.

Graet review. I love Friends and some favourite episodes from the 2nd series are my favourite too. The one with breast milk is by far, my favourite. It cracks me up when Joey and Chandler are sat there like they're about to have tequila slammers, it's sooo funny. I enjoyed this review. Faye x : )
