My sister has just brought me this from the states.

While this was on T.V, I tried to tune into every episode, only missing one or two now and then. I really wanted to own them all, but never got round to it, or couldn't afford it.

Friends, the much loved series of a group of 6 buddies, Rachel, Joey, Phoebe, Chandler, and brother and sister Monica and Ross, captured audiences for just over a decade, with their life and love antics.
The series finally ended in 2004, closing one of the most popular comedy series of all time, with desperate fans wanting more and more.

I personally loved all the series, and I could have never of got bored of it. My favourite characters were phoebe and Ross, they just cracked me up.
I loved the episodes where Ross was getting his fake sun tan, and making a complete mess of it, and the one where Ross said the wrong name at the wedding, what a cliff hanger that was.

The series was bound to come too a close sometime as the main actors got more and more popular, and the cost of just making one episode with them must of been really costly. Not too mention all the special guests they had, that include George Clooney, Giovanni Ribisi, Julia Roberts, Jean Claude Van Dam....the list goes on.

A bit about the main characters if you didn't know-

Courtney Cox Arquette -

Plays Monica Geller. A chef, a very clean freak, competitive about everything who soon becomes lover too Chandler. Sister too Ross. A very tough character

Jennifer Aniston-

Plays Rachel Green. Ross's wife/girlfriend. A very popular high school girl who starts off living off daddies money and finds it hard when she goes her own way until living with her new friends.

Lisa Kudrow-

Plays Phoebe Buffey. Sings loads of crazy songs which match her personality. Completely hopeless but very funny.

Matt Le Blanc-

Plays Joey Tribianni. Obsessed about becoming an actor, who is just as dizzy as Phoebe, and never really getting anywhere in the acting world.

Mathew Perry-

Plays Chandler Bing. Who's only defence is his humour, very laid back, with many people in the series thinking he is gay.

David Swhwimmer-

Plays Ross Geller. A nerdy palaeontologist whose wife left him for A lesbian. Sister too Monica, on and off all the time with Rachel.

The very presentable box set contains 236 episodes, on double sided CD's. On the last DVD, it contains documentaries, unseen footage and gag reels, which are very funny and provides you with a lot more information on the series.

It may be a little expensive, ranging from £150-£190, but its a well worth buy, and fans wont be disappointed.

I love it, anytime when there's a rainy day, I have always got something to watch and cheer my day up again. I'm very impressed by it. Even the soundtracks to the episodes are good.

Here's too hoping they do Christmas specials like other popular series that have now ended.
