I first rented this video and fell in love with it so had to buy it. The chemistry works so well between Meg Ryan & Kevin Klein that you feel in love with them. There are some slapstick moments but not too much to be yucky. The story unfolds well and doesn't drag so your interest is kept in the plot. Personally I liked Klein's French accent and thought he looked like a rather greasy character at first. His gradual change and enlightenment was good to watch & quite believable in the way he played it. Meg was as usual at her best with facial expressions that tell their tale without the need for dialogue at times. Together this unlikely pair follow her ex-fiance through France & some beautiful scenery while dodging thieves & cops, while their own romance slowly blossoms. If you like Meg Ryan this is one of her best - buy it!
