Advantages: interesting story Disadvantages: a bit long
...I think it's safe to say that 'Catch me if you can' is not the typical sort of movie I watch. If it's not a girly chick flick, comedy or kids film, I'm usually not interested, but after being assured that this film contained no violence or gore, I agreed on watching the DVD!
~The Plot~
It's the mid sixties and Frank Abagnale Jnr is barely sixteen years old when his life is turned upside down. He and his parents have recently been forced to move from their luxury house to a cramped apartment after his father failed to pay his taxes, and as if that wasn't bad enough, he then he walks in on his mother in bed with another man. Frank is devastated, but shortly afterwards, he returns home, and an even bigger bombshell is dropped on him - his parents are getting divorced. A lawyer talks to Frank, and tells him he must choose which of his...

Advantages: Sounds great, awsome performance Disadvantages: hardly/no special features
..."Does humour belong in music?" is the rhetorical title of this well filmed, brilliantly performed and truely inspiring Frank Zappa concert film. The concert starts with footage of frank and the band walking on stage where frank comically anounces that "we will not be playing greggory peckary tonight, i wish we were but were not. when we are ready for you the first song will be "zoot allures" " titles also indicate that the show will be "special effects free"
This dvd should have enough different material on it to please any frank zappa fan. weather your a fan of his humerous satirical music, his bluesey/jazz numbers or his well orchastrated technical masterpieces there should be something here for you with songs ranging from "the whippin post" to "cosmik debris" to "the dangerous kitchen" this dvd should keep you glued to your seat...
