This film is only right for the target audience, this film is VERY similar to "Green street hooligans" but in my opinion not as good because of the lack of a structured storyline.

Background information:

This film is an English film made in 2004, directed by Nick Love and starring Danny Dyer and Frank Harper.
The film is based on the Novel by john king, which was a popular read.

Plot:

This film is a film based on football hooliganism, this film mainly focuses on the sides Headhunters, who support Chelsea F.C., and the Bushwackers, who support Millwall F.C.

Throughout the film the headhunters fight with other football firms, these include Tottenham Hotspur F.C., Liverpool F.C., and Stoke City F.C..

The film mainly focuses on "Tommy johnson" who is a hooligan in his late 20's who is looking at his life, and thinking is this what he really wants, he also starts to question the ones around him. He loves the meetings (fights) against the other firms, but has to take into consideration, can he still keep it up into his 30's.

Different events happen to "Tommy johnson" and his friends and firm, will they make it out as top firm?

My experience:

I had never heard of this film, until one day when I visited a friends house, he asked "would you like to watch this" I answered "ok" not really enthusiastically because I hadn't heard of this film before, but I was wrong to judge it before Id seen it. This is defiantly my kind of film it keeps you on your seat throughout the whole of the film, which I think is the key to a good film.

The film contains:

Violence -Its based on violence (football hooliganism in the UK)
Drug taking
Drinking
crime
swearing
and some race hate.

Rating- 18 due to the huge amount of violence and other content.

some of the main cast:

Danny Dyer-Tommy Johnson
Frank Harper-Billy Bright
Neil Maskell-Rod
Roland Manookian-Zeberdee
Jamie Foreman-Taxi Driver
Tamer Hassan-Millwall Fred
Kara Tointon-Tameka/Shie
Tony Denham-Harris
Stephen Humby-Hooligan
Danny Kelly-Radio announcer
Sophie Linfield-Tamara
Dudley Sutton-Bill Farrell
John Junkin-Albert Moss

Price:

This film can be bought as a DVD for around the price of £4.00 on internet shops and in most high street shops, or it can be found for cheaper on ebay, if you enjoy the film its defiantly worth getting, because of the extras that are available.

summary:

I preferred the film "Green street hooligans" I know I have mentioned this earlier on in the review, but they are very similar films, but "Green street hooligans" comes out on top due to the better structured storyline. So if you like Football factory should defiantly give Green street hooligans a go.
However this is a good British football hooligans film which has a very strong message, and shows many emotions, and wants your wanting more.

cheers
5/5
