Advantages: Danny Dyer gives a convincing performance Disadvantages: too much swearing, drug taking and racism
...honestly think that this film was made primarily for the fight scenes which I suppose could be seen as pretty impressive if you are into that kind of thing. Danny Dyer delivers the best performers of all the actors and as already mentioned if it wasn't for him I would probably have turned the DVD off. If you do like this sort of thing however, then you will probably enjoy 'Green Street' and the follow up to Footballfactory 'The Business'.
Not impressed by this film really. 3 stars.

Advantages: Good sense of humour Disadvantages: A lot of mindless violence
...Firstly, I am female, 27 and have 3 kids. Yes, this is a review about a football film on DVD. I wasnt keen on watching it, but having watched it I guess I can make it my first review...
After said boyfriend had badgered me for weeks, I eventually caved and let him buy the dark red box that is 'The FootballFactory' DVD.
After much persuasion (and promises of tea in the morning) I decided to watch it with him one night when the kids were in bed. What I expected was a mindless lot of violence (we've all heard about it). What I actually got was violence and a storyline.
The film is based around some football thugs who run whats known as a 'firm'. This 'firm' go around fighting firms from other football clubs up and down the country. But behind the violence is a story of a young man known as 'Tommy Johnson'. Through...

Advantages: great acting, funny, gives you a adrenalin rush Disadvantages: film is not that long
...I have owned footballfactory for quite some time now and watched and watched it the DVD has many extra features like a few short films which are amazing, also a half a hour long filming session of how the footballfactory was made, music is amazing some very racing, catchy, music also the streets fit but you no it music video in the extras. Nick love has cornered the market with this film it is truly very well directed and written. Footballfactory is about football hooligans who's only passion in life is fighting at football matches, they support Chelsea but I wouldn't really call them fans when all they do is beat people up, there greatest rival is mill wall so guess what happens when they get them in the FA cup, very good DVD strong language when it says 18 on it, it means 18 very strong language throughout fantastic film great value...
