First Emperor - China's Terracotta Army DVD

Advantages: Great storyline and excellent fighting scenes
Disadvantages: No chemistry between any of the actors, doesn't have the real Evy in it

They finally agree to take it back to China, and the next thing we know they're at the Imhotep Night Club, which is the nightclub that Jonathan owns - original name! Alex, who founded the tomb of the dragon emperor, was in fact tricked, along with his parents who had to bring The Eye of Shangri-La back to China - which happened to be the key to open the tomb. Before we know it, the tomb is open and the emperor rises once again, along with his 10,000 man terracotta army! It's up to Rick, Evy, Alex, Jonathan, Zi Yuan (who is immortal herself, which is why she's still alive), Zi Yuans immortal Daughter Lin, and the Yeti (yes, you read that right) to save the world and put The Dragon Emperor and his army back in the ground where they belong. ...***INTRO*** The story of the final Emperor of China from a biography by Aisin - Giori. My DVD came free with the Times, I watched before doing a little research and was later surprised at the significance of its content. Filming on location in China, Bertolucci and producer Jeremy Thomas were the first western film - makers to be allowed access to hitherto forbidden locations. The cast includes Peter O'Toole (Reginald Johnston) amongst others (see below).The film is deemed suitable for persons of 15 years or over by the censors, although in other countries this maybe lower. Advantages: Good CGI, lots of action scene!

The movie is directed by Rob Cohen, who also directed such films as The Fast and the Furious and XXX. The movie stars Brendan Fraser and John Hannah, as in the first two movies, and also Maria Bello, who replaces Rachel Weisz, and kung-fu legend Jet Li.
