Bouncy fun
Advantages: Makes even Aduls laugh
Disadvantages: Makes you cry in places

Ahoy there mateys!
Advantages: Hilarious, great songs, wonderfully funny characters
Disadvantages: You have to be a Muppets fan to appreciate it
The Muppet Treasure Island is my personal favourite of all the Muppets films. Based on the Robert Louis Stevenson book, it's full of jokes, songs, and true muppet hilarity. There are a couple of human characters- young Jim Hawkins, Long John Silver, and Billy Bones (Billy Connolly) at the beginning, but the rest of the crew are Muppets. Gonzo and Rizzo are Jim's loyal (if silly!) sidekicks, and accompany him on adventure.
There are plenty of songs ...
...sing-along section with the words, which kids will love.
As a personal connoiseur of the Muppets and all things related to them, I highly recommend this film- it's got swashbuckling adventure, a treasure-trove of fun, and some serious moments too, where Jim shows his integrity of character and wins against Long John Silver, morally.
This film has some really worthwhile messages, and is great fun to watch with songs that will stick in your head ...

Adventures Of Elmo In Grouchland (DVD)
Advantages: great film daughter loved the sining
Disadvantages: none
this film is great , as my daughter just loves elmo i thought i hire it for a few days from my friend, as i wasn't sure if she would like. but she loved it sang along to most of the songs and music but she did get a bit restlas near the last 5 mins of the film as she had sat still and watched most of it, as she is only 2 and a half i can' t expect her to sit and watch all of the film. I must to admit i did enjoy it my self and we are goning to get ...

A very touching film
Advantages: emotional, still current after 60 years

...a film. I knew that Dumbo is a classic of Walt Disney and that it is a film about an elephant, but this was all. I haven’t seen the film until yesterday afternoon.
