Advantages: cute cahracters, storyline, plot Disadvantages: so classic
Winnie the Pooh and his friends are so cute and very lovable. They have always been my favorite and terms of cuteness.
In this animated movie, they will be scared by ghosts and monsters. POoh and his friends from the Hundred-acre woods will enthralled in an adventure. With the help of Heffalump (a big elephant), friend of poof, they will survive the scary adventure. Pooh can be seen eating bags of candy from everybody. They will adventure for candy ... ...candies.
This movie is perfect for children and kid-brained adults. Good for holiday watching. There is also a moral lesson that can be found. "Rely always on your friend especially in times of danger". Watch all the characters (Lumpy, Roo, Tiger, Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, Gopher, Kanga and many more) ...
my son and daughter who are aged 5 and 2 respectively loved this one - they both watch it over and over again. The basic concept of this one is how the characters all have so much love for each other and that the main thing that matters for all of them is friendship with one and other. It also teaches children that for everyone the most important thing is that it is whats on the inside that counts and that it doesn't matter what someone looks like ...
Advantages: Teaches children caring and sharing Disadvantages: Can't think of any
This is a wonderful DVD for children of all ages, it teaches them the joys of sharing and caring about other people. Piglet who is very small, shows that size doesn't matter when it comes to sharing and proves that he has a big heart. I loved this DVD and would watch it again and again. The DVD is broken up into short stories, so that it keeps little childrens attention which is definately an advantage, small children easily get bored if sitting ...
Advantages: Nostalgia and learning at it's best Disadvantages: Only four episodes
As a mother of a 3 year old son I have had the pleasure of being thrown back into the world of childrens animation, and stories of lands far far away that the eye cannot see, but the imagination can imagine. I get to watch cartoons without guilt, hum nursery rhymes for a reason, and generally be a child all over again, and share innocent fun and pleasure with my son.
The world of childrens programming today is a give or take situation. Certain programmes ... ...I find that I don't like programmes like Power Rangers of Pokemon etc, as the childlike innocence and fun seems to have vanished from the television screen, instead to be replaced by programmes that have more adult themes. So when my son started showing a keen interest in all that was Winnie the Pooh I was delighted. At last! My son and I can watch a fantastic programme that has delighted children for many years.
Winnie the Pooh - who are you?
...
Advantages: Encourages sharing Disadvantages: I am not a fan of the new theme tune but thats just a personal disadvantage!
I am a self confessed Winnie the Pooh fan so I am loving the fact that my daughter is also enchanted by this lovable bear and his group of friends! The stories... Well without giving too much away (what would be the point in you watching if I told all?) this dvd is split into four different tales, each revolving around the theme of sharing. The title of this collection of stories is Little Things Mean a Lot, the stories promote sharing and caring.
... ...Pooh trying to make all his friends wishes come true when he thinks that he has worn Christopher Robin's wishing star out, in reality it has just gone behind a cloud but Pooh is unaware of this being the fluffy brained bear that he is. It is a delightful story that follows him endeavouring to do all that he can in order to please his friends due to his caring nature. The idea is cute and the imagery even cuter, especially when Pooh dresses up as ...
