Review of Monsters, Inc. (DVD)

Finding Nemo is a superb family film, guaranteed to entertain.

Advantages: Great for all ages
Disadvantages: could have included more soundtracks.

Finding Nemo is a fantastic film for all the family. The visual effects are super, the storyline is easy to follow without being the least bit boring and the characters are all unique and entertaining. The comedy is simple enough to get the kids laughing out loud but is also genuinely funny for the adult viewers. Review of Finding Nemo (DVD)

Good but not as good as the original!

Advantages: Still funny, good charcaters
Disadvantages: Not as good as the first Shrek

Shrek 3 is apparently better than the previous two Shrek movies. I disagree and would say the first movie was better and that the characters have lost a bit of novelty however I would still say that this is an excellent family film. The film follows on from the previous Shrek and starts with Shrek searching for a boy called Arthur because the King of Far Far Away has died and as Shrek is next in line but does not want to be King he tries to find ...

harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone,a fantastic film for all

Advantages: fantastic storyline and special effects
Disadvantages: slightly long

In my opinion Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone is an excellent film. The transition from book to film has been done with outstanding accuracy. The special effects throughout the film are spectacular without being ridiculous. The characters are easy to relate to and are not portrayed as being unrealistic and therefore becoming untrue role models for today's children. Balamore-ish!

Advantages: Fun, great characters, catchy songs, very educational
Disadvantages: Can get irritating for mum and dad after a while!
