Finding Nemo is a family animated movie directed by Andrew Stanton, it takes the state of the art animation technology and puts it in a amazing animated movie. In my personal opinion this will be up there with The Lion king as a family animated movie classic one day! A beautiful animation that brings the kid out in all of us. The storyline is extremely touching and really lets the emotions fly. The animation is incredible, involving lovable characters and reminding us of our old favourite animation films such as Toy Story from when we were younger. Winnie the Pooh and his friends are so cute and very lovable. They have always been my favorite and terms of cuteness. In this animated movie, they will be scared by ghosts and monsters. POoh and his friends from the Hundred-acre woods will enthralled in an adventure. With the help of Heffalump (a big elephant), friend of poof, they will survive the scary adventure. ...candies. This movie is perfect for children and kid-brained adults. Good for holiday watching. There is also a moral lesson that can be found. Advantages: great for the whole family
Disadvantages: may be a little scary for the youngest ones

OK, so I'm nearly 23 but I've wanted to see this film since I saw it advertised when it was at the cinema. Not being able ton convince anyone that they too want to watch it I decided to watch it once lonely Saturday night. I had visioned a bit of a twist on Mary Poppins but this wasn't to be. I do not want to give away the plot. The film is aimed at children however I did enjoy it! It did have it's twists and turns and so the plot wasn't entirely ...
...of the film is but I wouldn't recommend letting young children watch it alone, anything about 8 or 10 will probably be fine on their own. This film had some great acting from Colin Firth but inparticular from Simon, the young boy. I'm sure I've seen him in something before but can't quite place what. Children will find the film funny and perhaps scary in parts but it's a non stop film with no scenes there just to fill. Great family film for a rainy ... Read review

Disadvantages: inane stories

This is a Disney DVD trying to exploit the perceived popularity of their Hercules and Tarzan franchises. It consists of four short stories, two on Tarzan and two on Hercules. They are the sort of stories that can be seen on Toonattik on Saturday morning ITV1 and are certainly not ones to be seen over and over again. Perversely, I shall review the extras first as really this is the best bit of the DVD. (It doesn't sound good for the rest, I know!) ...
...to be a Hero. My four year old son loves it and will play the DVD just for the game. It is a solo game where you are tested across the elements that make up being a Hero, such as strength, concentration and memory. You first of all choose to follow the Tarzan or Hercules path.
