POoh and his friends from the Hundred-acre woods will enthralled in an adventure. With the help of Heffalump (a big elephant), friend of poof, they will survive the scary adventure. ...candies. This movie is perfect for children and kid-brained adults. Good for holiday watching. There is also a moral lesson that can be found. Advantages: Teaches children caring and sharing
Disadvantages: Can't think of any

This is a wonderful DVD for children of all ages, it teaches them the joys of sharing and caring about other people. Piglet who is very small, shows that size doesn't matter when it comes to sharing and proves that he has a big heart. I loved this DVD and would watch it again and again. The DVD is broken up into short stories, so that it keeps little childrens attention which is definately an advantage, small children easily get bored if sitting ...

Winnie the Pooh - Heffalump Movie

Advantages: Great morals
Disadvantages: Somewhat predicatable (but this is of course not a worry for children)

...just like in all the Winnie the Pooh films, and they guarantee at least a smile if not a great laugh. The story line is not too obvious for children. Come play with Pooh - you know you want to!

Advantages: Nostalgia and learning at it's best
Disadvantages: Only four episodes

As a mother of a 3 year old son I have had the pleasure of being thrown back into the world of childrens animation, and stories of lands far far away that the eye cannot see, but the imagination can imagine.
