...as an egg when another dinosaur attacks them. He is tossed about every where across land and water when he finally comes to rest near some Lemurs. They raise him as there own and amazingly he fits in really well. Then out of the sky come a metoer and all flee for there lifes, only a few survive, Along his journey to find new nesting grounds they meet up with other dinosaurs also in search of new lands. ...are all starting school at sky high. The only problem with Will... he doesn't have any powers. The nurse told him that a child with 2 super hero parents might get either one of their parents powers, its highly likely to get both, or some never get their powers. But when he "picks" a fight with Warren Peace ( a teenager with fire powers ) he aquires super strenght powers. During his time in Sky High, he is starting to learn alot more of people. But ... Toy story is one of my all time favourite Disney films. It was the first film to be animated in the style that is now so popular and I can still watch it over and over and never tire of the quirky characters and witty one-liners! I was 7 when I first watched Toy Story and loved every minute. From a child's point of view the images are colourful and the characters have funny voices, and it has a moral! Essential to any disney classic! Now, 10 years ...
...relate to having the favourite toy whereas parents have witnessed the trends of cowboys and spacemen come and go! Whether it's a film to watch alone (at home sick from school) to put a smile on your face, with children to enjoy it with, or with a bunch of friends who all feel the same love for Disney films as you this film is a hit and I'm proud to say 10 years on still as fresh as it was the day of it's release! ... Holes is an exceptional adaptation by Louis Sachar. It is a great family film that crosses several genres together. Stanley Yelnats (Shia LeBoeuf) is a young teen whose family was cursed by a fortune-teller years back because of his pig-stealing-great-great-grandfather. One day a pair of famous shoes falls on his head and he gets accused of stealing them and gets sent to Camp GreenLake. He and the other jailbirds have to dig holes to "build character" ...
...holes to find the buried treasure, hidden there years before by lovers Kate (teacher who made peaches) and Sam (onion man). Stanley befriends Zero, a young boy who happens to be a descendant of the fortune-teller who had cursed Stanley's family.
