Postman Pat delivers, again! Advantages: Funny plots, great animation, four great tales. Disadvantages: Poor extras I'm sure you all remember Postman Pat, who could possilby forget the wonderful theme tune? It is arguably the best ever child's theme tune. Well he's back after a ten year rest, in Postman Pat's Ice Cream Machine! I was asked by a colleague to give a little talk on a popular TV programme for children from my youth and Worzel Gummidge came to mind. Pingu Forever DVD - An absolute Godsend! Advantages: Continuous Random play feature... Disadvantages: Slightly addictive! This DVD is about a cheeky charming young penguin who spends his time playing with his friends and family. He is always landing himself in silly situations and funny comical adventures whilst living in his snowy winter wonderland. My fiance bought this DVD for our little girl as something to keep him and our daughter entertained while I worked weekends (though I think it may have been more for his benefit!). The lack of language leaves this DVD ... ...only has 24 episodes of the cheeky penguin and his fun filled adventures, it has an amazing "Continuous Random Play" feature which allows the dvd to play for hours on end which is a god send in the car! Clowing around with pat Advantages: Very funny, kids love it Disadvantages: having to watch it over and over, beacuse the kids love it ...rated Universal, suitable for all. Postman pat clowns around (feature length) when the circus has to cancel its visit to Greendale, the children are so dissapointed that they decide to put on their own show. Postman pat joins in with hilarious consequences! (I love the music when the people of greendale are hammering in the big tent, both my boys jig along to it!) Postman pat and the runaway kite Its a windy day in Greendale and a kite festival ... ...after her. (Very funny) Postman pat and a job well done Pats son Julian goes with his dad on his post round, julian has to find out all about different types of jobs for his school project. They talk to the vicar, the policeman, the train driver. They dont have much time to talk to everybody, so must race to finish the project before Julian has to be at school.
