Don't 'walk away' from this one Advantages: Zac Efron, catch songs, decent plot Disadvantages: Predictable. I had seen High School Musical 1 and 2, and didn’t think too much of them even when all of my friends seemed to be in love with the franchise. When the third instalment was released, I wasn’t really too bothered about going to see it, but lots of my friends wanted to go and see it and there was so much buzz generated about it, I thought that I would see if it actually did live up to all the hype. I didn’t expect too much from the film, basically ... ...that after starring in the High School Musical films, the main actors wont be taken seriously, but some of them actually show quite a wide range in this film, and develop into much more interesting people than just the jock or nerd that we saw in the first film, and partially the second film. High school musical 2 dvd.......very disappointing Advantages: a few good songs, same actors/actresses from last film Disadvantages: poor setting, predictable ending, quite irritating ...got to be a true High school musical fan to purchase this film and you have to watch number 1 first otherwise you won't get any of it.
