This is a great feel good, full of action, romance and humour. I highly recommend it!! It is one of those films that simply ticks all the boxes, almost to the point of too well. But I love this film. I'll start by saying this film has nothing to do with the world of Jumanji. There are children in a house who play a board game which comes to life and takes the house into "The Twilight Zone" (Sorry to Rod Serling for sullying his product but I had no other comparison). I found the film incredibly inaccessible to me. It's too long winded, far too self important and self indulgent. ...Bugs Life all done with cars and all played with the original voice talent somehow persuaded to parody themselves. The THX goof at the start of the DVD is excellent and really funny too.
