Thomas the tank engine i find is very popular among young children and a fasination to alot of them too. My young child loves thomas the tank i think its more that the trains talk that fascinates them more than the actaul series. My son is fascinated by trains and it has also learned him about passenger trains and freight trains so it is also educational as well. The only downside is that any products related to thomas the tank engine are very expensive ...

The programme focuses on about 6 engines who all have names the main focus is thomas who is decribed as the best engine . The story basically tells you about a normal day in the train station apart from the difference is these trains can talk and have faces. Advantages: The dwarves, the animals, the imagery and the sense of fun

Advantages: Great value. All the classic herbies together

...I was amazed by the price of this box set. I only paid about £17 pounds. With the recent release of the new film i would have imagined the price to rocket up to more than 30. As a result i snapped up this bargain while i had the chance. There are 4 DVDs in this box set: "The Love Bug" Herbies adventure begins!! Unwanted at first, Herbie soon gains the love of his new owner. Together they get into all sorts of trouble and harrowing situations. ...

Good fun!

Advantages: Dialogue, cracking pace, excellent animation
Disadvantages: May not be suitable for children who are old enough to understand innuendo
