Worzels gone down under
Advantages: great family fun for everyone Disadvantages: none
...that have never heard of Worzel Gummidge let me explain…(or check out my reviews about the early series…plug,…plug)
He is a daft scarecrow who first hit the small screen in 1979. He was made by the Crowman, who has mystical powers which bring his straw filled creations to life, to scare the crows at Scatterbrook farm, (in Hampshire), but is soon causing trouble around the village, especially when he befriends Sue and John, two kids who just moved ... ...Each episode tends to see Worzel in one scrape or another, usually involving Aunt Sally but sometimes one of his many other acquaintances….
Well, that's the basic story of the creation of Worzel Gummidge, the lovable but very daft scarecrow.

Advantages: Sweet Little Program - Still Great For Kids After All These Years! Disadvantages: None....
...cute little kids show from the late 80's was created by James Driscoll and a suprise hit show, that seems to have been forgotten over the years. So imagine my surpise when i was on ebay and saw that it had been released on DVD! All 26 episodes as well let me add! Every episode ever made on one disc! AND All for £5.99!!! The show started with an old shoe repair shop, where the owner could never face throwing away the old shoes, that were beyond repair. ... ...up the shop everynight...this is where we are bound to secrecy....Can You Keep a Secret?......Good!.......The shoes come to life! But not in the back of the shop, no! In SHOE LAND!
The very original characters, all had their own houses and personalities, from PC Boot, Trampy to Baby Bootie! Every episode lasted around 5mins, but they got up to allsorts of stuff in that time! The cartoon has stood the test of time and is still as enjoyable now, as ...

Snow White-The next installment
Advantages: A good sequel Disadvantages: I don't like the Prince, the villain scared me as a child!
...Disney, it is Starvison Filmation's Snow White In "Happily Ever After".
Basically, it starts off where the Disney one finishes. Snow White is happily getting married to her Prince (who has no name apparently!) and is riding off into the sunset with him. She wants to invite the seven dwarfs to the wedding, so they are going to ask them. Snow White stops to pick some flowers in a field, and thinking that she has nothing to fear with the wicked Queen ... ...an arrow and he lets Snow White go. He then turns on the Prince and the Prince tells Snow White to run into a forest nearby and not look back. The dragon then turns into a tall dark (very sinister!) man who goes by the name of Lord Maliss (voiced by Malcolm McDowell). He resides in the "Realm Of Doom".
He had come back to see his sister, but then the magic looking glass told him that she is dead because of Snow White. Lord Maliss vows revenge on ...

A Cussing Travesty
Advantages: - Disadvantages: -
...I decided to go to the cinema and watch Fantastic Mr Fox . Having been a fan of Roald Dahl as a child, I was very keen to see how the film turned out - although to be very honest I think I'd forgotten a lot of the book . The story is about Mr Fox (George Clooney), a dab hand at stealing chickens . However, when his wife (Meryl Streep) announces that she is pregnant, just after the two of them are caught in a fox trap, he vows that if they survive ... ...family from their home in the ground to a large spacious treehouse . Even this life of luxury is not enough for him, and he longs to return to his wild animal days of chicken stealing - and with his friend Kylie , he launches a plan to steal food from the three farms nearbby, owned by Boggis, Bunce and Bean . Although he manages to successfully steal food, the farmers become aware of this and decide there is only one course of action, to team up ...
