...therefore I was born after the series initially started in 1986 but being a huge ghostbusters fan, one day i remembered watching a tv series about the ghostbusters and researched the internet to track it down and to my luck the series was still for sale on dvd even tho it was first released on VHS in the 80s
There are 13 episodes altogether in the first series and every aspect has been used. The characters look somehow alike to the film actors but ... ...blonde hair but despite looks the characters are every bit their film characters.
The Ray charcters voice seemed familiar and after doing much researched on the internet I discovered it was the same actor who did the voice of Fred in the Scooby Doo series which was a bit strange at first as I was brought up watching the Scooby Doo series.
The storylines are pretty much the same as most are basically catching a Ghost through a huge amount of trouble ...

Beginning ... ...she wanted a Starlight and Rainbow Brite dolls, which meant hunts through eBay to find some. My son also enjoys this despite the main protagonist being a girl. He especially loves Starlight (male horse), and the fact that the Color Kids and Sprites and her best human friend are all boys, so this is really quite an equal opportunity show without being in your face about it.
All in all, it is a good budget title sure to please children 6 and under, ...
