There are some great things in the original series that I loved and I think they make it unique. 1) One of the first Cinema series to use huge amounts of special effects. A must for adults and kids alike

Advantages: Great story Great animation Great lessons learned
Disadvantages: Can be quite distressing to young children

Pinocchio - a voyage to the darker side of Disney

Advantages: Jiminy Cricket, clever animation, lovely score
Disadvantages: Lack of good songs, too scary for young children
