Why not Who Dunnit!
Review of Fallen Angel DVD by LIZKEMPO

Advantages: Great three parter!
Disadvantages: disturbing story!

Fallen Angel The Story This is a disturbing story based on The Roth Trilogy by Andrew Taylor, looking into the mind of a child killer, it is more a case of why than who done it, shown as a three part drama on ITV the story was delivered in three sections, The future, The Present and The Past. It was adapted for the screen by Peter Ransley who is also responsible for turning the novel Fingersmith into a screen play. Rosie is a young girl who is ...

Fallen and Failed Film
Review of Fallen Angels DVD by  elfbwillow

Advantages: It passes 97 minutes of your time
Disadvantages: It makes 97 minutes of your time seem like forever

...The Holy Angels School for Girls, a high class catholic school, is filled with a mysterious and terrible past. After a group of three popular girls play a nasty prank on a school mate, they return to their school and are met with secrets and betrayal as a suspended history teacher returns and corners the young girl in attempt to change her story which originally got him suspended and facing trial as a rapist, yet it does not stop at a simple conversation as he once again tries to attack the girl, forcing her to retaliate which causes the candles to fall and set alight to many gas canisters which in turn cause a huge explosion which rips through the school, killing over thirty girls. The only known survivors are the four girls and the school security guard. The film then skips five years down the line and we once again meet... Read review

The beginning of a truly remarkable series.
Review of The X-Files - Series 1 - Complete (M-Lock Packaging) by  ragamuffin2005

Advantages: great value, disc devoted to extras, quality show
Disadvantages: not the best series of the show, packaging annoying for some

...and ends in the last episode, great! There are a couple of mini arcs, for instance the story in the 3rd episode squeeze is only conclude in the 20th episode Tooms. These episodes are great as are other episodes such as E.B.E, Lazurus and the Season Finale. However in the series there are some poor episodes such as Space and The Jersey Devil which I personally did not enjoy although my mate enjoyed the later one, so really its a matter of opinion! *The Extras* 11 minute documentary on Season 1, is very interesting, if a little short. Chris Carter talks about 12 of his fav episodes from the series. 11 ads from the Fox TV channel (crap!) more tv ads (more crap!) DVD-ROM game (quality!) Deleted scenes from Pilot Special Effect Clip from Fallen Angel. *Repackaged Repriced* This boxset is the new release of the X... Read review
