variety of slippery accents and enough sophisticated technological surveillance gadgets to make one wonder how the Soviet Union could have possibly failed, want her dead. The cop (William Baldwin) is the only man who can save her. It helps that the high-powered attorney is played by Cindy Crawford, who gives new meaning to the phrase "habeas corpus." So the plot doesn't make any sense: first, they try to kill her, no questions asked. Then they capture her and spill their guts about all the details of their nefarious plan. Logic is not what Fair Game is about. It's about explosions, car crashes and more explosions. The only pauses in the action are for showers (one for Baldwin, two for Crawford) and a change of clothing (Crawford slips out of a tight T-shirt into an even tighter tank top). The best feature of the DVD is the addition of a Gallic track. With very little actual sex in the movie, having the main characters conversing in French definitely adds some sauciness to the dialogue scenes. --Richard Natale, Amazon.com
...This film was very, very bad. Now, there are two kinds of bad, "good" bad, that you can watch and enjoy because it is inadvertently funny. Then there's "bad" bad, that is just too stupid that instead of being funny you just groan and hope it ends soon. FairGame definitely falls into the latter category.
Some reviewers have commented on how great it was to see Cindy Crawford naked. Well, it's nothing to get excited about, believe me. Yeah, I think Ms. Crawford is "all that," but in this movie, the only real nude scene was quite brief and the lighting (to simulate traveling in a cargo car of a train at night) was too annoying to see much of anything. A tease. Much like the fact that she takes two (!) showers in the movie, but doesn't allow us to see anything.
Of course the producers of the film didn't think people would be watching...

Advantages: Very Good Story line Disadvantages: maybe a few too many songs
.... We can see that Shaw had very strong beliefs about social class and how people should not have limited opportunities because of the family they were born into, their environment or their use of the English language.
The following quote illustrates the moral within George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion that it doesn't matter what class you from but the way peoples attitudes towards you are and how much your appearance can affect the way in which you are treated by individuals:
'The difference between a lady and a flower girl is not the way she behaves, but the way she is treated. I shall always be a flower girl to Professor Higgins because he always treats me as a flower girl, and always will; but I know I can be a lady to you, because you always treat me as a lady, and always will '

Advantages: It's quite fun - single and team player options Disadvantages: Sometimes hangs - limited appeal
...of the questions are fairly obvious and do not test you although I found Dennis Waterman's feemtoons hard to recognise. There is some amusing footage of the characters, although it will wear thin after a while. Carol Beer's travel quiz has also been more complicated that other rounds. One thing that does annoy me is that sometimes you are told the correct answer if you have guessed wrongly, and in other rounds you are not - this inconsistency annoyed me.
Somewhat annoyingly the game has the propensity to sometimes hang - I have played the game about 5-6 times and it has hung on one occasion, but this is a real letdown, suddenly you are confronted with a white screen and the game is lost and there is nothing you can do other than start again, which severely limits the appeal of the game, especially if you are playing with friends.
The DVD comes...
