This film raises many interesting political issues, such as conspiracy, confidentiality and of course not to forget mind blowing stupidity.
Moore provides much information which was previously not revealed to the public in this very thought provoking documentary.

The film begins with Bush's election, which is now known to have been rigged, as Al Gore actually recieved more votes that Bush did. However when your brother has control of the most crucial state in America how could he now win?! The film also reveals how Bush actually spent most of his time on holiday until the 9/11 bombing, the film becomes very interesting here as Moore reveals the American connection with the Bin Laden family and many Saudi Arabians. It is in act revealed that the Bush family were close friends with the Bin Ladens.

The bombings in Afghanistan are referred to as tokens as it is explained how Bush always wanted to wage war on Iraq. "I am a war President". The president told his investigators I don't care about Afghanistan but make sure yu find dirt on Iraq. The thing that really annoys me about the Iraq war is that if weapons of Mass Destruction were present in Iraq they were most likely supplied by the US.

The film concludes with the war in Iraq, Moore talks to congressmen and members of the senate as well as many individuals who lost the ones they love. Moore shows how poor, mainly balck, young males have little option but to go into the army as this offers them the best path in life. He tries to appeal to congressmen by asking them to sign up their children to go off to foreign lands.

The film ends with a powerful thought that you'll have to wait to discover and mull over yourself.

Moore has clearly researched his topic well. He is unstoppable in his attempts to show Bush's puppet strings unfortunately he does not reveal who really pulls them. The film is bound to be bias but I found it a little over the top with NO room for compromise or retaliation. The film was originally not intended for the UK but as US propoganda for the forthcoming elections.
The film provides powerful insight into the true nature of the most powerful man in the world, well worth watching. I wait with baited breath for the release of this film as a DVD. Unfortunately I missed the progra about the suicide bombers of the 9/11 attack.
