A few weeks back my boyfriend decided to take me to the movies and so we set off to the cinema. There was one problem I wanted to see Shreik, he wanted to see Evolution. So after a tiny debate i finally agreed to see Evolution.
After seeing all the hype on TV, I didn’t think that I would enjoy this film, as it looked kind of silly, also it had to follow Ghostbusters which is a hard film to follow, however my judgement was very wrong.
For all those who haven't seen it or are planning to see it then I recommend this film as it provides humour, entertainment, great special effects and loads more. So what im saying is that it's great! For those who don’t have a clue about this film, well here's a rough idea which wont spoil the plot for u.
(WARNING IF YOU DONT WANT TO KNOW SKIP THE NEXT PARAGRAPH)
A comet hits the earth and tiny bacteria comes with it inside the rock. Gradually they expand and multiply until they become their fully grown-self. Then the main characters David Duchovny, Orlando Jones and Sean William Scott try and stop the spread and save the earth.
(YOU CAN LOOK NOW) - I hope i didn't spoil it to much there - hehe.
Overall I totally recommend this film, it has loads of superb special effects especially the aliens who are either scary looking and also funny looking which makes the film a good comedy sci-fi. You don’t even have to be interested in Sci-fi to watch it as its entertaining for all ages and is very enjoyable to watch.
If you're bored or want to see a film then see this comedy as it’s very funny, entertaining film.
Thanks Cathy

Advantages: Funny, v.good CGI, strong cast and well written. Disadvantages: Lends to other films by same director a couple of times and a couple of filler moments.
