Wii Fit is it really an expensive fitness DVD

Advantages: Very enjoyable with a few friends in the evening and helps you to keep fit
Disadvantages: Expensive and very hard to get hold of and can only play as a mii

Wii Fit, its been a great success for Nintendo, but is it really as good as it made out to be. In my opinion it defiantly is. So whilst everyone with the X-Box and PS3 laughs at you if you have one, its well worth it and even they will enioy it. So this is a great product but what lets it down? Well there are two things that let it down, both of which are caused by nintendo. Firstly if you decided you want to get Wii Fit then you will spend hours just searching for one at the RRP. So whilst people moan about it not be amazing, they are missing the point because thousands of people want one but yet cant get one. Secondly the price is still very high, it really should have come down by now or of started off at a much lower price. Thats the bad points, what about the good ones. Well i wouldnt say that its outstanding as a fitness ...

Wii Fit

Advantages: great for weightloss, fun for all the family, improves posture, balance and health
Disadvantages: expensive, can only register up to 8 family members

. This is basically step aerobics where on the screen you are shown the steps to move through and can also see other characters (including the members of your family!) working out next to you. The first level of this is more to improve your co-ordination and get you moving but the advanced level is nearly a 10 minute workout and if you keep up with the speed of it can really get your heart pounding. A couple of rounds of this and you will be all sweaty and disgusting!! The steps all include the balance board and if you hit the steps perfectly in time to the beat you get a perfect and if you hit it slightly off you get an ok - this all relates to a score so as with all the other wii fit activities there is a scoreboard. This particular one has recently become a huge battle between me and my brother as he has spent hours getting an all perfect ...

Review of Wii Fit (Wii)

Wii Fit

Advantages: Easy way to keep fit.
Disadvantages: Can't think of any.

Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I used to go to the gym twice a week but I found it too difficult and it was straining keeping up with my trainer, and I felt embarassed whenever I told him I couldn't do something. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it ...
