As a result, Renton is invited into Gekkostate – the aircraft pilot group of the Light Finding Operation, and enters into a world of high-stakes drama. Since Renton's arrival, the ship's captain, Eureka, notices that her relationship with the Nirvash is changing and that her health continues to worsen. Advantages: kids like it Disadvantages: is nothing compared to the original
...The new cartoon format of 'Mr Bean' is all in all a complete let down. I got very excited when I heard that a cartoon mr bean was coming out. I had expected it to be along the lines of the classic comedy sitcom sketches by Rowan Atkinson, but it's nothing like it one bit. The modern artwork tries to make Mr Bean look appealing to the younger generation and completely destroys his unique clumsy geek image.
The DVD consists of one disc and features eight animated episodes each lasting about 15 minutes including: 1. Camping (mr bean decides to go camping for a holiday treat, however as usual with mr bean, things go wrong. He makes a security guard angry, he tent colapses and ends up creating more trouble by trying to fix everything and geting even with the secuirty guard).
2. Chocks Away -in this episode Mr Bean takes to building...

Advantages: Cartoon entertainment for kids Disadvantages: not as funny as the original, bad graphics, poor comedy
...into the most hilarious of misadventures.
He rarely speaks and mumbles all the time. Mr Bean the original used used body language as apposed to words, to deliver the major portion of his dialog. He also brought out a full length film in 1997 entitled ''Bean The Ultimate Disater Movie'', so having mastered both the big and small screen how else could they 'milk' Rowan's genius character... Well animation of course. What other way to perfectly destroy what was done and dusted in the 90's. I personally think the film was good but in parts was pushing the unique Mr Bean character.

Advantages: entertains the kids Disadvantages: not brilliant, not that funny, more cute than funny
.... However this defeats the object of the Beanmeister. He was supposed to be old fashioned and quirky, living in the ignorance of modern advances of technology and updated fashion trends.
Saying this, the kids appear to love it. Why I ask it really is not funny, and he talks too much. The old mr bean got in trouble incidently, this cartoon version appears to go looking for it.
The DVD consists of one disc and features eight animated episodes each lasting abou 15 - 20 minutes in length, including: 'No Pets', 'Ray Of Sunshine', 'Birthday Bear', 'The Mole', 'Roadworks', 'The Sofa', 'Treasure' and 'Homeless'. In these episodes we see a cartoon version of the classic Mr Bean go about his daily chores, celebrate his teddy's birthday, get in trouble with the police and even manages to loose possesion of his home.
Overall I'm awarding a 3 star...
