Advantages: Great Tracks Throughout Disadvantages: None
...As an artist, EricClapton has done a huge amount to promote early blues musicians, reworking some songs, and simply playing versions that follow them to the note. Advantages: brilliant live Disadvantages: some sound glitches

He has released a phenomenal amount of albums with a number of different bands, including Derek and the Dominos and Cream. This compilation comprises some of his solo hits from 1984 to 1999. ClaptonChronicles features many instantly recognisable tracks, including 'Layla', written for Patti Boyd, his wife until 1989 when they divorced, and a live version of 'Wonderful Tonight', which is perhaps considered Clapton's signature tune.
