Advantages: Superb fight sequences, compelling plot and excellent acting. Disadvantages: Standard of fighting is not as magnificent as Way of the Dragon.
...A long time ago, way back in 1988, I watched a film which changed my life forever. The previous night, using our recently purchased VHS machine, my father had recorded a Kung Fu film for us to watch. At five years old, I had not had much exposure to films, and I had no idea what Kung Fu was or meant. All the family sat together, as we used to back in the days when we were all young and living at home, and my father pressed 'Play'. Enter the Dragon started, and it was to teach me about Kung Fu.
Enter the Dragon was my first introduction to Bruce Lee, who is arguably the greatest Martial Artist of all time, and it was one I was never going to forget. ...Enter The Dragon is another film based on the Marshal Artist Bruce Lee. I personally think that this film consits of excellent performance from all characters and especially, Bruce Lee's best performance. People who may be worried in showing this film to the children - the certificate is only an 18 because of the violence. The first time I watched this film I was glued to my seat because I was so amazed how Bruce Lee fought all of the people in the film. You may want to buy it on DVD I am not sure, but it is often shown on the television so you could record it off that. If you love Bruce Lee go for it and buy it, if not I would recommend to record it off the television....

Advantages: Excellently Shot, Beautifully Directed Disadvantages: At times is a bit dis-jointed
...Enter the Dragon is probably the best film that Bruce Lee was ever involved with. While I would consider the fight scenes to be second to other films such as the 'Big Boss' and 'Way of the Dragon', I think that the storyline is compelling and clear throughout this film.
Bruce Lee is on top form in this superb film and gives an excellent performance in his acting and his action sequences. The fight scenes were choreographed by Bruce himself and this is reflected in the lifelike, real-life feel of the fights. Too often we see unrealistic fights where people are able to fly and jump 90 feet in the air. Such a film provides little charm and little entertainment.
John Saxon plays Bruce's 'sidekick' in the film and gives an excellent preformance as a gambling addict who has lost all his money and is taking the opportunity...
