Bruce Lee's final completed film is a testiment to just what an amazing performer Lee was. The first Hollywood produced martial arts move, Enter The Dragon has the best of both worlds - dazzling fight scenes, and a production of the highest order.
Although the story is a little flimsy and James Bond-esque it does get the characters where they need to be when they need be. There's drug smuggling, international kidnapping, secret service stuff, and a whole load of other elements but let's not kid ourselves - you're going to watch this for the action scenes.
Lee is stunning is his (all too brief) fight scenes and when you consider that there's no CGI or effects work here then it's comparible to anything that you'll find today. But this is not just Lee and luckily 95% of the action scenes are excellent.
Hard core action fans may find this a little tame by modern standards and the industry has moved on, but this was the first credible martial arts film (well the first where the hero's voice and lips were synchronised) and any film fan should definitely try to see it
