Has been released many times and every time has more and more snippets of weapons scenes put back in. Totally cheesy dialogue but plenty chop sockey action. Bruce Lee kicks ass, Hollywood style. Black Belt Jones has some classic one liners, suitable for Message ringtones for your mobile-phone, like, "Hey mister Han-man, been practicing huh?" and "You come straight out of a comic book... hoot, hoot, hoot!" biff, baff crunch. Black Belt Jones unfortunately gets deep fried in acid about half way through the film. John Saxon does some pretty cool Karate stuff, but was he ever young? Seems to be the same age in all the films he does. Greatest Hollywood Gung-fu Movie of all time I reckon. Capturing the atmosphere of the early 70s. It's one of those films that I can watch again and again, hoping that I'll actually see the full uncut, nunchaku and staff fighting scenes in all their glory. Easy to watch, lots of "good bits" evenly scattered throughout the film to keep your eyes glued. Bruce put his heart into this one.
