I had mixed feelings about this film when I first purchased it. Mainly because it was another singer, turned actress fiasco. I was however, very suprised.
Basically, Jennifer Lopez marries a guy (who seems perfect in all ways) and has a daughter with him. Then, one day in a heated moment he hits her. One thing leads to another and he threatens to kill her and their daughter. Jennifer manages to slip away and start a new life (alot like sleeping with the enemy - film with Julia Roberts!) with her daughter, hoping that he wont find her. But he does, through the help of one of his friends. He tracks her down.
It all ends up with Jennifer getting hard, working out and preparing to kill in self defence....it's either him....or her!
Won't spoil the ending, but it's good. The only problem with the film are the similarities between other films that have been and gone. Jennifer however is great, and it has led me to purchase other films with her in.
Hope you enjoy!
