Advantages: Good value for money, great show, worthwhile extras Disadvantages: Can't find any!
...No matter if you're an EltonJohn fan or not, this boxed set is fantastic viewing for all age groups. The TV version was shown earlier in the year to celebrate Elton's 60th birthday but was a mix of music & boring celebrity talk in between. This DVD focuses purely on the music & features the complete show live at Madison Square Garden in New York with a huge crowd including many famous names in the crowd such as Bill Clinton.
The concert not only celebrates Elton's 60th birthday but also his record breaking 60th appearance at this stadium. That in its self is breath taking, how many non-American artists could full this stadium 60 times over in the past 30+ years?

Advantages: Versatile performances, great sound, 70 songs Disadvantages: Can't think of any
...Like him or loath him, there is no doubt that EltonJohn is a very talented musician. In recent years he's been more famous for his outbursts & tantrums than for his music. Despite all that he is a very versatile artist as this DVD collection clearly illustrates.

...Even after so long of an absence, EltonJohn is back in this electrifying show in Barcelona. EltonJohn pours his heart out in every song. He performs all of the greatest songs such as" Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters" both one and two, "Daniel", "Saturday Nights Alright", "Sacrafice", "I Guess Thats Why They Call It The Blues", and "The Last Song". And of course what EltonJohn performance would be complete with several costume changes. He sure is a fantastic showman. Sound quality is what is expected for being released in 1992, but dramaticaly better on this DVD version. A must have for all EltonJohn fans from the young to the old. From being newly introduced to the great or having been with him thoughout his carreer....
