I own quite a lot of workout videos and I bought this one after reading good reviews on amazon. I started it yesterday and the 55 minute workout flew by! It helped get my heart going without levaing me exhausted and the exercises weren't difficult but felt effective! The workout is made up of a warm-up, 3 aerobic sections, 3 toning sessions and a cool-down. The toning sections comprise of a legs and bum section, a section for the arms and a section dedicated to the abs and back. The soundtrack isnt very memorable but I dont think thats really important. Elle and her personal trainer guide you through each of the moves and they aren't irritating at all. I would definately recommend this workout and I'm going to continue with it and cant wait to see the results!!

Advantages: Great fun, i haven't got bored yet! Disadvantages: Some of the comments get a bit irritating, i think i know them off by heart after a few uses!
Advantages: Very Easy to do and gets you fit in no time. this is also very enjoyable and very varied. Disadvantages: There is no disadvantages apart from it being very real in surroundings.
