I was introduced to this video by our neighbour and I thought I would give it a go. I did it for about a week with my mum and began noticing a difference in my clothes. They were begining to feel more comfortable on me and I was having more room in them. I decided to keep doing this and within a month it help me to loose a stone. I was well impressed and pleased with the results and so was my mum as she lost 12 lbs from doing it. We decided to purchase our own copy of the video. It cost £10.99 from HMV and it much more worth it than going to the gym or an aerobics class a couple of times a week. With having this video means you can do it in the comfort of your own home and whenever you like. Where as attending classes has to be at the time they are put on. I must admit I haven't had it out for about a year and I do need to get it out again and get more active.
I found this video a really go way to help me to loose weight and increase my energy and vitality and it also helped me to feel better about my self from doing it.
I have tried a few Rosmary Conelly videos and going to the gym but nothing provides good results like this video did for us.
It starts off with a warm up for about 10 -15 miutes then goes into the 1st aerobic workout for 15 minutes. You then work on your bum and thighs, then there is the 2nd aerobic workout which is slightly harder, then tums, then a third aerobic workout which is harder again. What I mean by harder is faster and more activity. Then you have the cooldown.
I am so unfit that I find I cannot do the whole workout to start off with I have to do a bit more and a bit more each time I do it. Eventually I can complete it but it is tough.
One thing I think is great about this video is the results from doing it and you do get results if you keep it up. I found when I went to the gym, swimming or done aerobics that there was no results and the same with some of the other exercise videos. There has never been any results.
This one combines aerobics with stretching for the best results. If you know who Elle McPherson is you will know that she has a great body and figure that some of us women would die for. I think she is a bit too thin for me but I certainly could do with getting a little bit off of me this year. Maybe 2 -3 stone. If I combine dieting with this I know I could probably do it.
I like these videos because you can do them when you feel like it, even before you go to bed at night if you want and in the comfort of your own home.
The reason why I like this one so much is you do get the results if you keep at it and you don't have to fork out much for it, unlike going to classes or to the gym. It is definately one that I recomend as it does give the results you want. Infact I am going to go and do it now. Thanks for the read.
