The film runs for 1 ... ...The film starts with Eklavya narrating the story of Eklavya, from the Mahabharata*, to (at this point) unknown children. The scene shifts to the queen’s deathbed where she is repeatedly saying to her husband in her dying breaths a single word “Eklavya”. The mentally retarded princess sits by her mother’s bed rocking back and forth in her chair as the king softly recites to his wife a Shakespeare sonnet “Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day…”
