This is where William Thacker (Grant) works. In comes Anna Scott, this world-famous actress (Roberts) and the two meet briefly. Of course, as she leaves the shop everyone is left thinking that he'll never see her again, until that is, when they collide on Portobello Road!! Advantages: To tone up and get fit without going to the gym
Disadvantages: You have to leave the armchair to do it

...This was one of my better choices, "Belly Dancing : A Sensual Experience" is a good introduction to belly dancing as it provides you firstly with the history of belly dancing, which suprised me as to its true origins. Then the lessons begin in a very slow step fashion so you will not feel rushed and will be able to concentrate more on the moves themselves it runs through everything with you stage by stage from how to position all your fingers to the ultimate hip shaking. It is both fun and functional and you can do it in the privacy of your own home and either on your own or get your girlfriends to come round and you can all join in together you will have a ball whilst geting in shape, what more could you ask for. Advantages: Jaw dropping talent and beautiful backdrops
Disadvantages: None, unless you don't like modern bellydance

...the progression of the group stylistically. This DVD is good for both experienced dancer who now the dance well and beginners looking for inspiration. The production of the dvd is good, and the music varied and interesting. This may not appeal to dancers who truly love traditional Egyptian bellydance as it is most definitely an Americanised version, with high energy and pizzazz.... Read review
