Advantages: Hilarious, wholesome, engaging, clever, complete! Disadvantages: DVD extras are only useful for the returning fan
...somewhat but the manner by which it is told is always refreshing and never cliched. Not to mention they sang THAT song again.

DVD EXTRAS: Now this could possibly be one of the only drawbacks of the DVD. Unless you're already acquainted with this movie and share with me a special affinity with country music, I'd say the TV spots, cast interviews, storyboard and production featurette would prove to be only peripheral. The fan would get this double-disc special edition because it has one good segment about all the artistes involved on the soundtrack and a general documentary on bluegrass music. Advantages: Hell finally did freeze over thank God! Disadvantages: None
...memorable,with Henley once again telling the story of American Evolution.Great!!
"Take It Easy" was the song that started it all for the Eagles, and Glen Frey acknowledges this before belting into a fantastic version with extended solos and pure harmonies,The acoustic guitars were now gone,The guys were on their feet as were the audience and the sound was now electric.Yeehaww!
The riff for "Life In The Fast Lane" started with Felder and Walsh doing some guitar harmonics,These guys can truly play and had fun performing this track,It was fun to watch as well as the pure undiluted talents of musicianship and vocal ability powered through.Another highlight.
"Get Over It" was written by Don Henley, again another song aimed at people of influence and power, with Henley once again unafraid to say whats on his mind,Fantastic Song,Brilliant lyrics...

Advantages: Great performances in a heartfelt movie Disadvantages: Occasionally too issue-heavy
...supporting cast that features a handful of familiar faces. Elizabeth Peña is confident and earthy as Bree's psychiatrist. Graham Greene is warm, bluff and hearty as Bree's would-be suitor and Fionnula Flanagan is marvellous as Elizabeth, Bree/Stanley's manic, perma-tanned mother.
