Earth vs The Flying Saucers.
======================

~Introduction~
Aliens plan to take over the Earth.

~Synopsis~

Operation Skyhook, headed by Dr. Russell Marvin, is having problems. It seems all the rockets they send up into space are mysteriously disappearing.
Dr Russell gets to meet the Aliens but he is tricked by them and a war between the Earth and the UFOs has begun.
Humanities only hope is for our hero to invent an anti-magnetic weapon which will bring the UFOs down to earth with a bump, literally.

Not much of a synopsis but to be honest there's really not much more plot than that!

~Opinions~
The action starts right from the opening credits and rolls along at a good pace throughout the movie.

The UFOs wobble off centre a bit which does bring a smile to the face and their protruding 'ray guns' are wacky to see but a decent effort of a film shot what seems like a life time ago.

You can quite definitely see where Tim Burton got his idea of 'Mars Attacks' many years later.

It's a movie blockbuster of its day and of its era.

Watch it but don't worry if you miss it.
