But can the Doctor stop the master and find out what the axons are up to? The story for The Claws of Axos is a well thought out story with plenty of surprises and action. It has a stunning monster and also brings back the master. UNIT also get another chance to shine and shows it allows the doctor to show another side of himself. The music suits the episode well giving the each episode the right music for the right moment. The acting was superbly done for this episode. Jon Pertwee delivers an excellent serious performance... ...This Opinion is about the Region 2 DVD of EAGLES -Hell Freezes Over with dts sound. I purchased this DVD from www.play.com for £14.99 including delivery and believe me it is worth every penny! I have always been a fan of the Eagles and they are from a generation which relied on raw musical talent rather than electonic wizadry in a studio, so they have always excelled in live performances. The concert recording is their infamous come back concert from 1994. The Eagles were once asked when they would play together again, and are quoted as saying "Only when hell freezes over" hence the name of the tour and the DVD. Advantages: Great action, plot full of twists, Burton and Eastwod
Disadvantages: Dont Expect a Classic

..."A remote air base in the Alps, a vintage WW2 aircraft is coming in from the distance, it comes onto screen, and takes off. The background score hitherto subdued, booms out, and the stirring score plays, with the titles displayed on the screen ". When I first saw this shot as a kid way back in 1980 in a theater in my home town, I was just blow away by this. I was already used to Hollywood by then, but I was 11 years old when I watched this and the scene just caught me. I have watched this movie again and again, but every time I find myself on the edge, though I know what the outcome is. The movie I am speaking about is Where Eagles Dare the 1968 WW 2 movie starring Richard Burton and Clint Eastwood . Right from the opening scene to the climax, the viewer never gets a chance to relax, as he is drawn into a maze of conspiracy... Read review
