E.R. - Series 5 - Complete (Box Set)

Advantages: all the seasons are found together and come with a bonus disc
Disadvantages: No New DVD packaging in the UK release

...This set contains all the episodes across the entire 5 seasons of Alias. The packaging itself it quite nice as it does a good job at depicticting the work of Rambaldi, which is an important theme throughout the entire series. The main dissapoint I found with this set is that even though the box itself is well designed the individual seasons inside are exactly the same as the ones you can buy individually and so dont exactly match, unlike the same set in the US which have all the individual seasons repackaged so the entrie set matches. The quality of the actual DVDs are what you would expect for the format. Season 5 has a very good transfer, probably helped by the fact that season 5 was filmed in HD format. Season 5 does have its problems though in the fact that it is only 17 episode long compared with the usual 22 that are found... Read review

Advantages: Pacy medical drama. George Clooney.
Disadvantages: Not as many special features as previous seasons

...: A Bloody Mess ~ Anspaugh's son is ill. Romano gets romantic (yuck) Episode 18: Gut Reaction ~ Lots of Dr Ross and Carter Episode 19: Shades of Gray ~ Dr Del Amico has a crisis about abortion. DISC 3 SIDE B Episode 20: Of Past Regret and Future Fear ~ Roamno being romantic again. Ross deals with a heroin addict. Episode 21: Suffer The Little Children ~ Ross still dealing with the addict. A funny TV character appears. Episode 22: A Hole In The Heart ~ Ross is on the way out, or is he? Carter doesn't like Del Amicos boyfriend ~ now why would that be? If you like medical dramas you will love ER, although it make much more sense when you watch it from Series 1. I own the first three ER box sets, and had pre-ordered series four. Advantages: Great computerised effects. Weird how they act infront of nothing.
Disadvantages: You can see the computerised monsters.

.... In the previous episode, He turned into a new doctor (David Tennant) and is now in Christmas day. Santa's attack Mickey and Rose and chase them home. The Doctor is also Fainted so he cant help. Aliens teleport the new Primeinistor and The tardis with the doctor and rose and Mickey in it. What happens? Don't ask me how i know this because i got the Doctor Who box set. and i taped the Christmas invasion. Here is what each DVD contains. Not bonus ferues, the episodes.
