Cyberslam 96 is probably remembered by many as the event where Brian Pillman debuted and proceeded to almost cause a riot whilst uttering every profanty in the book. That's a bit unfair because as exciting as that was Cyberslam had several great matches on offer.

A tremendous 30 minute match between Sabu & 2 Cold Scorpio is probably the highlight, featuring a fine mix of brawling, broken tables & technical wrestling.

Raven & Sandman tussle yet again in there trademark bloody brawl and Mick Foley's alter ego Cactus Jack faces off against "The Franchise" Shane Douglas in a bout with a shocking twist at the end.

There are a few meaningless matches on the undercard but they zoom by quickly enough so as not to cause offence. The only real problem on the DVD is the entrance themes being dubbed over by generic music due to a licensing problem, but that dosen't effect the enjoyment level too much.

Overall this is a great DVD to buy if your looking to see what all the fuss was about, ECW truly was the alternative to the more polished wrestling of WWF/E & WCW.
