Duty Free - The Complete Series (Box Set)

Advantages: excellent drama very well acted
Disadvantages: no special features

...This is one of the best dramas of the 1980s. The box set has all 3 series and the bonus 'reunion' episode. The series concentrates on the women's POW camp. The three series are based on real life experiences. Despite this being an excellent drama it is not the type of thing you can say 'I enjoyed watching that' Despite it having a 12 certificate I personally wouldn't recommend it as suitable for anyone under 15. During the three series we see the women suffer at the hands of the Japanese guards. Food rations being cut, low medical supplies and death could only be around the corner for one or even all of the women. The cast are fantastic. Stephanie Cole (better known as Diana Trent in Waiting for God) as Doctor Beatrice and Burt Kwouk as the sinister Captain Yamauchi to name but two. My favorite character is probably Sister... ...friends. Lisa Kudrow- Plays Phoebe Buffey. Sings loads of crazy songs which match her personality. Completely hopeless but very funny. Matt Le Blanc- Plays Joey Tribianni. Obsessed about becoming an actor, who is just as dizzy as Phoebe, and never really getting anywhere in the acting world. Mathew Perry- Plays Chandler Bing. Who's only defence is his humour, very laid back, with many people in the series thinking he is gay. David Swhwimmer- Plays Ross Geller. A nerdy palaeontologist whose wife left him for A lesbian. Sister too Monica, on and off all the time with Rachel. ********************************************************************** The very presentable box set contains 236 episodes, on double sided CD's. Advantages: Great computerised effects. Weird how they act infront of nothing.

.... In the previous episode, He turned into a new doctor (David Tennant) and is now in Christmas day. Santa's attack Mickey and Rose and chase them home. The Doctor is also Fainted so he cant help. Aliens teleport the new Primeinistor and The tardis with the doctor and rose and Mickey in it. What happens? Don't ask me how i know this because i got the Doctor Who box set. and i taped the Christmas invasion. Here is what each DVD contains. Not bonus ferues, the episodes.
