...I'm actually writing this review on the Dukes of Hazzard Unseen DVD, which i bought quite recently. I was a huge fan of the original Dukes of Hazzard as a child and always wanted my own General Lee car when I grew up (I never got it - I got a Land Rover instead). I bought this DVD really to see if the new version was as good as the old one. Heres the technical information first. Advantages: quite sweet and watchable
Disadvantages: dopey and fluffy

...Kate and Leopard is a dopey, fluffy, girly film with queen of girly romantic comedy Meg Ryan. I did enjoy it, but if you are male or want to watch something a bit more stimulating you won’t be too impressed with it. I thought it tried to be a bit like a modern fairy tale, but didn’t quite work and just ended up being fluffy. Leopold (Hugh Jackman) is the Duke of Albany who lives a privileged life in 1876 New York. He’s a bit of a dreamer and doesn’t feel like a duke, his guardian and Uncle urges him to grow up and marry a rich girl, as the family fortune isn’t quite what it was. Leopard goes to a ball hosted by his Uncle, with the instruction to dance with lots of girls because he needs to pick a rich one. Advantages: Funny and loads of car chases
Disadvantages: Poor acting and weak plot

...Synopsis *********** Cousins Bo and Luke Duke (Seann William Scott and Johnny Knoxsville) earn their living, by delivering Moonshine for their Uncle Jesse (Willie Nelson) whilst out running the local Sheriff in their beloved car the General Lee. In between delivering the illegal Liquor, Bo dreams of winning the upcoming local car race, having won it for the last 4 times, whilst Bo enjoys getting his end away with several of the local belles. But things take a turn for the worse, when previous Hazzard county resident and legendary racing driver Billy Prickett turns up in Hazzard to stop Bo from winning his fifth consecutive race and top of this local mogul Boss Hogg (Burt Reynolds) frames the duke family, with the aid of Sheriff Roscoe P.
