The first time I watched this I thought it was fiction I had no idea that it was a true story and couldn't believe it when someone told me that it was. It follows the story of Paul Rusesabagina who uses bribes and persuations to save over 1,200 Tutsi civilians during the Rwandan Genocide who were being slaughter by extremist Hutu militias. It educates consumers on the Rwandan Genocide and shows what one great man did with all his heart to save good people. What is The Fork about?

Advantages: Beautiful to look at, surreal, You'll see nothing like it!
Disadvantages: A bit too open to interpretaion?

Review of Northfork (DVD)

nightwatch - lets hope they dont wake up

Advantages: very clever
Disadvantages: doesnt make you want to be a night watchman

NightWatch Not the Russian Vampire film, but a thriller with Ewan Mcgregor. Watched this before and watched it again last night. Its really good. Its hard to describe without ruining it. But the point that makes it sweet and scary is the atmosphere. Mcgregor is looking for a new job and acquires one working as a security guard doing a night shift (hence the name) at a medical centre. Theres all sorts of scary/weird ship there. And its an old builiding. ...
...including the morgue. Where bodies are laid on slabs with dangly pull switches above them. He asks why and is told "in case they wake up". "What?" "Don't worry it never happens." Now you are wondering what he is, when and why? Theres a murderer on the loose. The Golden Bowl - the film version of the Henry James novel

Advantages: Attention to period detail, good work with costume accuracy
Disadvantages: Poor dialogue, too long, badly produced in my view
