Advantages: Ed Norton is great
Disadvantages: bit of a weird structuring to the film

The start & structure of this film are a bit weird as the film actually starts about 10 minutes from the end of the story as the illusionist Isenheim (played very by Ed Norton who suited this role perfectly, I couldn't think of any better to cast) is being arrested. The horse whisperer film

Advantages: great storyline, good cast, emotional film
Disadvantages: it is quite long, and some may find it slow in parts

Advantages: Historical drama of the first order
Disadvantages: At 3 hr, 28 min, perhaps a tad too long
