Chocolat

Advantages: Excellent acting, unusual
Disadvantages: Some may find it very dull

Chocolat was a really bizzare movie, quite simply. The basic plot is as follows; a woman and her young daughter move in to a small, highly religious French town. She opens up a small chocolate shop there, much to the outrage of the church goes as she has decided to do so during Lent. Understanding A Beautiful Mind.

Advantages: An excellent award winning drama, based on a true story.
Disadvantages: None!

My Reason For Purchasing A Beautiful Mind DVD. I wrote this review a year or so ago for another review site which has since closed. I thought I would upload it here as A Beautiful Mind is one of my favourite Drama films ever and I just wanted to recommend it and give some opinions on it. In Her Shoes for a girls night in.

Advantages: It's easy to watch and doesn't take a lot of concentration on the viewers part
Disadvantages: Storyline isn't that original and is directed mainly at a female audience

Last Night I dreamt I went to Manderley Again

Advantages: A fantastic film full of drama, suspense and brilliant acting and writing
Disadvantages: None at all
