What Just Happened
Advantages: Passes the time
Disadvantages: Waste of money
Well in my opinion this film was sadly a let down. I love DeNero and especially liked his comedy performances in Meet and Parents and Meet the Fockers and thought that this film would be of a similar nature..... how wrong can one be? The film sadly never really go going and although on occasion performances from DeNero and Willis did raise a smile, they certainly didn't make me laugh out loud. One of the best performances came from Michael Wincott ...
...a cranky, temperamental British filmmaker with a controversial outlook on Hollywood was very amusing. The film lasted 99mins and that was too long for me. Great idea, but the film had no substance. The trailers promised so much more, but unfortunately they showed the best bits which must have totalled 10 mins tops. Still Powerful 32 years on
Advantages: An absolute classic, De Niro at his best
Disadvantages: None
...in this role as the Taxi Driver marginalised from regular society. He plays Travis with such conviction that is unlikely to have possibly replicated by any other actor, this is something Scorcese acknowledges. This performance has to rank amongst the greatest ever in cinema history and the film has to be considered likewise.

Norton Shines in The Score
Advantages: DeNiro and Norton
Disadvantages: Can't think of any
The Score has a great ensemble cast. Robert DeNiro, Edward Norton, Marlon Brando, and Angela Basset. Brando and Basset aren't in much of the movie, just a scene here and there. DeNiro and Norton are in all most all of the movie. DeNiro is a thief. When the movie starts he is breaking into a safe during a party. He is almost caught by a couple that goes into that room for some privacy, but he gets away with the diamonds he was after. You see how he ...

Tarantino Kicks Ass... Simple
Advantages: All the best editions of the five TARANTINO films!
Disadvantages: Box has Tarantino's face on the front, not a pretty picture, but who cares!
As Quentin Tarantino is one of my favourite directors, i ofcourse tried to find the best collection of his films which was available, and i did. I bought this collection recently and i was not at all let down, this collection includes all the best editions of the films, Reservoir Dogs, jackie brown and Pulp Fiction are all 2-discs, and Kill Bill volumes 1 and 2 are both single disc. I am not sure why the details of this box set say that it is 5 disc, ...
...collection may be different to the one i have so it is worth checking it out! The better films, in my opinion, in this collection are Reservoir Dogs, Pulp fiction, and Kill Bill volume 1, or at least this is what i thought before watching the other two films again. Kill Bill volume 2 is highly under rated, sure it doesnt live up to volume 1, but it is still a damn good film! Just sit back and enjoy David Carradine's 5* acting! I didnt even know who ...
