Great action Great cast Great story Great movie

Desperate Measures is a very good film that didn't do as well at the Box Office as I feel it deserved to. It has an original plot and some good action so is makes good entertainment.
The plot involves Andy Garcias character Frank Connor trying to find a compatible bone marrow donor for his son. The problem is the only match is the very evil murderer Peter McCabe played by Michael Keaton. He makes a miraculous escape and runs round the hospital killing ...
...alive to save his son but as McCabe proves that it easier said than done.
There is plenty action to keep the action fan happy. There are explosions and stunts galore that complement the plot rather than just having action for the sake of it. The acting is superb from all the actors. Michael Keaton really does seem truly evil and has a great skill to stare at people in a way that would send a shiver down there spine. Advantages: Great twisting plot...I thoroughly enjoyed it =)

...I See Dead People! - The Sixth Sense In my opinion, sad, sympathising and a little chilling are my words to describe this movie. The Sixth Sense (released in 1999) is about a 9 year old boy, Cole Sear, (played by Haley Joel Osment) who has an illness that no-one knows of. Dr. Malcom Crowe (played by Bruce Willis) on the other hand, is a child psychologist, who receives an award on the same night he is "visited" by an unhappy ex-patient. ...

About a boy - hilarious
Advantages: funny, well acted and fun for all
Disadvantages: can't think of any
In my opinion about a boy is a brilliant film. the storyline is very involving and you sing the songs and keep repeating the phrases the actors have said for a very long time afterwards.The actors are good and it keeps you in hysterics from start to finish. Also loved by my daughters and their friends, 13 & 16 so good for all ages. Would say it would make an excellent family film. in my opinion The 12 certificate is a little high for the film, as ...

Understanding A Beautiful Mind.
Advantages: An excellent award winning drama, based on a true story.

My Reason For Purchasing A Beautiful Mind DVD. I wrote this review a year or so ago for another review site which has since closed.
