Fun girly chick flick with a few "laugh out loud" moments

Advantages: Fun, girly movie with good quality acting. Defo for the girls

Hero or Villan?

Advantages: Superbly shot
Disadvantages: Absolutely nothing

...however we eventually settled on Ned Kelly, shoved it in the player and sat back to watch. Now vaguely remembering watching this film before I knew it was going to be good but my dad, not really being a fan of 'modern films' as he puts it wasn't exactly expecting much. I am pleased to say however that once again daughters film choice prevailed and even he had to admit that it was pretty damn good. The DVD itself contains a plethora of special features ...

All of these features are interesting to watch, especially the documentary - "The Real Ned Kelly", as they add further depth to the film. Review of Ryan's Daughter (DVD)

fly me to the moon

Advantages: kills a couple of hours
Disadvantages: over two hours long

...also the manager of Lincoln airport where the action is focussed (as well as on the plane that is). Boy does he have his hands full? Not only is his son in law playing the field but the plane he is flying has a bomb on board AHHHHHHH!!!!! Of course the bomb goes off and everyone is in big bother. Joe Petroni (George Kennedy) gets in on the action trying to save the plane. Though given that the 747 is the best goddam plane ever built he hardly needs ...
