In my humble opinion this series never received the critical acclaim it deserved. With superb acting, particularly from Christopher Eccleston, and a deeply moving and interesting story line, it was one of the best BBC productions for many years. Finally!!!, fans of this series may know what im talking about, we have been waiting so long for a full and complete boxset to become available. We have had videos and DVD's be launched and deleted and overall if you managed to own all of them on DVD before now you were a lucky chappy indeed. ...downside i can see to this boxset is that there are 8 discs and 3 of this have less than 3 45minute episodes on them?? bizrre but does mean you a very pretty 8 disc set.
